These Terms & Conditions govern the use of the DSD de Luxe Estonia online shop and the purchase of products through our website. By using our website or placing an order, you agree to these Terms & Conditions.

The online shop is operated by SIA "TUBA S" (Eksporta str., 12-233, Riga, LV-1045, Latvia (registered in Latvia, company registration Nr. 40003306169).

The online shop offers professional hair-care products for purchase by consumers.

These Terms & Conditions apply to all purchases made through our online shop unless otherwise agreed in writing.

2. Products and Product Information

We make reasonable efforts to ensure that product descriptions, images, ingredients, prices and other information displayed on our website are accurate and up to date.

Product images are provided for illustrative purposes. Due to differences in screens, lighting and product batches, the actual appearance of a product may vary slightly from the images shown on the website.

We reserve the right to correct errors, update product information and change product availability without prior notice.

3. Prices

All prices displayed in the online shop are shown in euros (€) and include applicable VAT, unless expressly stated otherwise.

The price applicable to your order is the price displayed on the website at the time you place the order.

Delivery charges, if applicable, are displayed separately before you complete your purchase.

We reserve the right to change prices at any time. Price changes will not affect orders that have already been confirmed.

4. Placing an Order

To place an order, you must select the desired products, add them to your shopping cart and complete the checkout process.

Before submitting your order, you will have the opportunity to review and correct your order details.

By placing an order, you confirm that the information provided by you is accurate and complete.

After submitting your order, you will receive an order confirmation by email. The confirmation acknowledges receipt of your order but does not necessarily constitute acceptance of the order.

The purchase contract is concluded when we confirm your order or otherwise accept your order in accordance with applicable law.

All orders are subject to product availability.

If a product you have ordered is unavailable, we will inform you as soon as reasonably possible and, where applicable, offer you a replacement, alternative solution or refund for the unavailable product.

If we are unable to fulfil your order, we will refund any payment already made for the affected products.

Payment can be made using the payment methods available at checkout.

Payments may be processed by third-party payment service providers. We do not normally have access to or store your complete payment card details.

An order will normally be processed once the payment has been successfully authorised or received.

7. Delivery

We deliver orders to the locations available during checkout.

Estimated delivery times are provided for informational purposes and may vary depending on the destination, delivery provider, availability of products and other circumstances beyond our reasonable control.

Once the order has been handed over to the delivery provider, delivery may be subject to the provider's terms and conditions.

If there is a significant delay or an issue with delivery, please contact our customer service.

8. Right of Withdrawal and Returns

Consumers generally have the right to withdraw from a distance purchase within 14 days.

For hygiene and health protection reasons, certain sealed cosmetic, skincare and hair-care products may not be eligible for return after the protective seal has been removed or the product has been opened.

This does not affect your statutory rights regarding defective or non-conforming products.

9. Defective or Incorrect Products

If you receive a product that is defective, damaged or different from the product you ordered, please contact us as soon as possible.

We may ask you to provide your order number, a description of the issue and photographs of the product and packaging.

Your statutory consumer rights regarding products that are defective or do not conform to the purchase contract remain unaffected.

10. Promotions and Discounts

From time to time, we may offer promotional codes, discounts, special offers or other campaigns.

Promotions may be subject to additional terms, including validity periods, product exclusions, minimum purchase requirements or limitations on combining offers.

Unless otherwise stated, promotional offers cannot be exchanged for cash.

Nothing in these Terms & Conditions is intended to restrict or exclude rights that cannot legally be excluded under applicable consumer protection legislation.
